Q: What is Lagree Fitness?

A: Lagree Fitness is the ultimate full-body workout created by Sebastien Lagree. Conducted on the custom designed third generation Megaformer™, Lagree Fitness combines strength, core, cardio, circuit training and stretching into an intense exercise experience. Lagree is for all ages and level of fitness.


Q: How is Lagree just pilates by a different name?

A: The Lagree is different from because the method and the Megaformer were specifically designed to add cardio and intensity to the strength, core, and stretching fundamental of the workout.

Q:How many classes should I take each week?

A: The workout is designed to bring your muscles to failure. Depending on your fitness level and the intensity of your workout, you will need more or less time to recover in between classes. We recommend 2 – 3 classes per week to allow your body to properly recover and repair.


Q: What should i know about my first class?

A: Most importantly, bring a positive and worry-free attitude.

  • Arrive 15 minutes before class to register and familiarize yourself with the studio facilities.

  • Be prepared to enter the studio 5 minutes before class for an introduction to the Megaformer and Lagree Method of training.

  • Grip Socks are required for class. Where your feet go, your head and hands will follow. Wearing socks ensures the cleanest surfaces on the machine and floor. If you forget yours, we have them at the front desk available for purchase.

  • You can bring a water bottle, which can be filled at our water dispenser.

  • You should bring a towel, if you don’t have a towel we will have some on hand for sale.

  • Comfortable clothing that allows your muscles to stretch and your skin to “breathe.”


Q: How do I purchase and book a class?

A: You may use the convenient online Mindbody booking system. A full list of our prices and memberships can be found on the Home page of our website. If you are using a tablet or smart phone, download Mindbody Connect and search for Lagree DC. For PC or laptop users, click SIGN UP on our home page to register and access our live Mindbody schedule.

We accept all credit cards only and all classes must be prepaid.

Q: Can i share or transfer my package of classes or private session?

A: Classes and Class packages can be shared. Memberships cannot be shared. Classes, class packages and memberships can not be transferred to any other related or non-related party.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: There is a 12-hour cancellation policy. If a client does not attend a class for which they are registered for they will be considered a “no show” and will forfeit the class credit and not receive a refund. Also if a client cancels their scheduled class less than 12 hours in advance they will be considered a “late cancel” and will forfeit the class credit and not receive a refund. PLEASE NOTE for the unlimited memberships if you are a “no-show” or '“late cancel” you will be charged a $25 fee. All sales are final and non-refundable.

Q: What happens if I am Late to class?

A: In order to maintain the flow of our classes, and in consideration for others, please be on time for class. After the 5 minute grace period, your space may be given to someone on the waitlist. After this cutoff you will be considered absent from the class – no exceptions. New clients MUST arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class and should be ready to enter the studio 5 minutes prior to class for an introduction.

Q: What does it mean if I have been added to the waitlist?

A: If a class is full you can elect to be added to the waitlist in hopes of being promoted to the class should a space become available. Clients that have been promoted from the waitlist will be notified by email/text at least 12 hours in advance. Clients on the waitlist that have NOT yet been promoted to the class on or before class start time, are welcome to drop in before the class to see if a spot becomes available but are not permitted on the machine until the 5 minute late period has passed. Once the 5 minute late period has passed, they are able to take the free machine and the person who did not show up will be marked absent.

Q: what is the best method of contacting lagree dc if I have a question?

A: Please feel free to contact us by sending an e-mail to info@lagreedc.com and we will respond promptly. We also recommend that all clients become familiar with our automated booking system, Mindbody Online and the Mindbody Connect App, which can be found on the iTunes & Android stores. Search for Lagree DC and select your location preference. It is the easiest, fastest and most accurate way to book classes.
